Subscription and Payment
By subscribing to any Beat Treats package you acknowledge that you are purchasing a full years worth of sample construction kits, one sent to you each month for just £2 (pounds sterling).  This small fee must be paid in advance and in full before receipt of your first pack, which will be released on payment.   You will then be sent your remaining kits on the first Monday of each month, either as a zip file attached to your e-mail, or as a link to a zip file within an e-mail.

Because you agree to pay for the entire years worth of kits, because kits are not sold separately at present and because our kits are modestly priced, Beat Treats does not offer refunds unless a subscription error lies within our systems, in which case, we will go out of our way to remedy any problems as soon as possible.

Sample Usage
You are free to use the samples from all Beat Treats construction kits however you please.  You may use them in profit-making applications, including musical releases, commercial audio-visual productions, jingles and websites.  However, you are forbidden from reselling any element of any Beat Treats product.  Also, you may not share or distribute any element of any Beat Treats product.
